Frequently Asked Questions
In this section you will find the answers to many of our customers’ most commonly asked questions. If you have an inquiry that is not addressed in this section, feel free to contact us at (940) 387-6161.
How do I request an estimate?
For your convenience we do have an online estimate request form, but if you prefer you may contact us at (940) 387-6161 for your quote.
How long will it be before my order is completed?
It really depends on the type of order you request. In some cases your order will be ready in minutes, while in other cases the job may require a few days for completion. We do go the extra distance in meeting your needs; let us know your deadline and we will let you know if can meet it.
What is a "Proof"?
A proof is similar to a rough draft—it’s a method used to present the customer with the product before it is finalized, in order to be certain everything is accurate and in line with your requirements. Generally we create a full-color proof for your approval, which will be sent to you online. We can also print a proof that you can either view at Eagle Press or have delivered to you in person.
Is a proof necessary if you already know all my requirements?
Yes, viewing your proof is an important policy in order to be sure no mistakes or omissions have been made, and that all your requests have been met. It’s far better for everyone if errors are caught before the job is finalized.
Is a proof still necessary if I have supplied you a disk of the work?
Although it may seem unnecessary in a case such as this, it is still important for the customer to approve a proof. Digital information on output devices is processed using a variety of processing languages. By examining and approving the proof, the customer is assured that the output device has properly interpreted their information.
